This article presents an analytical review of organizational development theories from the
perspective of the behavioral characteristics of leaders and employees in the process of effective management
decision-making. The evolution of theories related to organizational members’ behavior and development is
briefly examined, and a modern behavioral model of organizational development is scientifically substantiated.
The study also analyzes the factors influencing management effectiveness and the successful implementation
of organizational change based on game theory approaches
