Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarining innovatsion rivojlanishiga investitsion
resurslarning ta’siri ekonometrik yondashuv asosida baholangan. Tadqiqotda investitsiyalar hajmi, asosiy kapitalga
yo‘naltirilgan mablag‘lar, texnologik modernizatsiya hamda innovatsion mahsulot ishlab chiqarish ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi
bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Ekonometrik baholash natijalari investitsion faollik korxonalarning innovatsion samaradorligi
va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, hududlararo tafovutlar innovatsion
rivojlanish darajasiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot yakunida oziq-ovqat sanoatini innovatsion rivojlantirish
bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi
