Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimidagi muassasalarda samarali menejment mexanizmlarini rivojlantirishga
bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, zamonaviy boshqaruv amaliyotining holati, mavjud kamchiliklari va yaxshilash yo‘llari
o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot maqsadi ta’lim muassasalarida menejment tizimining samaradorligini oshiruvchi asosiy omillarni
aniqlash va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda aralash metodologiyadan foydalanilgan: 135 ta ta’lim
muassasasi rahbari va o‘quv ishlari bo‘yicha direktor o‘rinbosarlaridan so‘rovnoma yo‘li bilan ma’lumot to‘plangan, shuningdek,
18 nafar yuqori lavozimli rahbar bilan yarim tuzilgan intervyu o‘tkazilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki,
raqamli boshqaruv vositalari, ishtirokchilik menejment uslubi va tizimli sifatni nazorat qilish mexanizmlarini birlashtirgan
ta’lim muassasalari o‘quvchilarning o‘zlashtirish ko‘rsatkichlari bo‘yicha 28 foizga, o‘qituvchilar qoniqish darajasi bo‘yicha
esa 21 foizga yuqori natijalar qayd etgan. Nazariy jihatdan ushbu tadqiqot ta’lim menejmenti sohasidagi bilimlar bazasini
boyitadi hamda rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlar kontekstida zamonaviy boshqaruv nazariyalarini kengaytiradi. Amaliy nuqtai
nazardan tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim muassasalari rahbarlariga va ta’lim siyosatini ishlab chiquvchilarga aniq ko‘rsatmalar
beradi. Tadqiqotning asosiy cheklovi kesma tadqiqot dizaynidan foydalanish va geografik jihatdan O‘zbekiston hududida
o‘tkazilganligidir. Kelajakdagi tadqiqotlarda longitudinal yondashuv va ko‘p mamlakatli solishtirma tahlilni o‘z ichiga olishi
tavsiya etiladi.
