##article.abstract##

Ushbu maqolada ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) konsepsiyasining mohiyati hamda uning
mehmonxona sanoatidagi ahamiyati ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi ESG
tamoyillarining mehmonxona faoliyatida barqaror rivojlanish, moliyaviy samaradorlik, mijozlar xulq-atvori va xodimlar
samaradorligiga ta’sirini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi tizimli adabiyotlar tahliliga asoslanib, yuqori reytingli
xalqaro ilmiy jurnallarda chop etilgan empirik va nazariy tadqiqotlarni qamrab oladi. O‘tkazilgan tahlil natijalari ESG
strategiyasi mehmonxona kompaniyalari uchun uzoq muddatli raqobat ustunligini shakllantiruvchi muhim boshqaruv
instrumenti ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston mehmonxona bozori sharoitida ESG ko‘rsatkichlarini
baholashda proxy indikatorlardan foydalanish ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan yondashuv ekanligi asoslab beriladi
