Аннотация

Mazkur tadqiqot oliy ta’lim muassasalarining xalqaro reyting ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirish uchun
strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlarini tahlil qiladi. Times Higher Education (THE) va QS World University Rankings
metodologiyalarining qiyosiy tahlili asosida yosh universitetlar uchun optimal rivojlanish strategiyalari aniqlandi. THE
metodologiyasi tadqiqot ko‘rsatkichlariga 59%, QS esa obro‘ ko‘rsatkichlariga 45% qiymat berishi aniqlandi. THE
tizimidagi xarid qobiliyati pariteti (PPP) tuzatishlari rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar universitetlari uchun muhim afzallik
yaratishi ko‘rsatildi. Muvaffaqiyatli yosh universitetlar tajribasi tahlili asosida uch bosqichli strategik rivojlanish modeli taklif
etildi. O‘zbekistonning 2030-yilgacha 10 ta universitetni xalqaro reytinglar TOP-1000 taligiga kiritish milliy maqsadiga
erishish uchun kompleks yondashuv zarur ekanligi asoslandi.
