This article examines the development of modern methodological approaches to managing
the activities of small industrial zones. It analyzes the role of small industrial zones in economic development,
existing challenges in their management, and modern management methods aimed at improving efficiency.
The article also considers the impact of digital technologies, strategic planning, and innovative management
approaches on the performance of small industrial zones. Based on the results of the study, scientific and
practical recommendations are developed to enhance management efficiency
