O‘ZBEKISTONDA SANOAT ISHLAB CHIQARISHI KONSENTRATSIYASINING HUDUDIY TAHLILI: VILOYATLAR VA MAXSUS IQTISODIY ZONALAR BO‘YICHA HERFINDAHL–HIRSCHMAN INDEKSI

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining 14 ta hududi hamda maxsus iqtisodiy zonalari (MIZ) kesimida
sanoat ishlab chiqarishi konsentratsiyasi Herfindahl–Hirschman indeksi (HHI) yordamida 2018–2024-yillar dinamikasida
tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni koʻrsatadiki, maxsus iqtisodiy zonalar sanoat faoliyatining hududiy jihatdan
nisbatan muvozanatli taqsimlanishiga xizmat qilgan. Xususan, 2018–2021-yillarda HHI koʻrsatkichlarining pasayishi
sanoat ishlab chiqarishining hududlar boʻyicha diversifikatsiyalashganini anglatadi. Biroq keyingi yillarda Jizzax va Toshkent
viloyatlarida sanoat ishlab chiqarishining yuqori ulushi shakllangani sababli indeks qiymatlarida qayta oʻsish tendensiyasi
kuzatilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sanoat siyosatini yanada takomillashtirish, hududlararo iqtisodiy muvozanatni
mustahkamlash hamda maxsus iqtisodiy zonalar faoliyatini samaradorlik nuqtayi nazaridan baholash boʻyicha amaliy
tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi
