IMPROVING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE INCENTIVE SYSTEM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

This article provides an in-depth analysis of methods for improving the effectiveness of motivation mechanisms
in the human resource management system. Today, the motivation system is regarded as an important strategic tool in
organizations for increasing employee productivity, aligning employees with organizational goals, and enhancing their
engagement in the work process. The study examines material and non-material incentive methods, employee psychology,
and the impact of modern digital HR technologies on motivation. Furthermore, the relationship between employee
engagement and organizational performance is analyzed. The results indicate that an effective motivation system positively
influences labor productivity, reduces staff turnover, and contributes to the creation of a stable working environment.
In particular, digital management systems, KPI-based evaluation, and career development opportunities significantly
enhance employee engagement. At the end of the article, scientific and practical recommendations for improving the
motivation system are provided.
