Abstract

Mazkur maqolada jamoat transporti korxonalarida marketing strategiyalarini amalga oshirish usullari ilmiy
jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida bozor segmentatsiyasi, 7P marketing kompleksi, xizmat sifati boshqaruvi, raqamli
kommunikatsiya kanallari va MaaS platformalarining transport xizmatlari samaradorligiga taʼsiri oʻrganildi. Xalqaro
tajriba hamda UITP, ITF-OECD va Jahon banki maʼlumotlari asosida jamoat transportida marketingning zamonaviy yondashuvlari
umumlashtirildi. Tahlil natijalari marketing strategiyalarining yoʻlovchi mamnuniyati, xizmat sifati va transport
xizmatlaridan foydalanish darajasiga ijobiy taʼsir koʻrsatishini tasdiqladi. Oʻzbekiston jamoat transporti tizimini modernizatsiya
qilish jarayonlari marketing yondashuvlarini amaliy qoʻllash uchun muhim institutsional asos yaratgani aniqlandi
