Abstract

Mazkur maqolada baland binolar fasadlarini pardozlash texnologiyalarini ekspluatatsion ishonchlilik va
xizmat muddatini uzaytirish nuqtai nazaridan optimallashtirish masalasi tizimli yondashuv asosida tadqiq etilgan. Iqlimiy-
mexanik yuklamalar ta’siri zonal baholanib, UAV va infraqizil termografiya yordamida aniqlangan nuqsonlar sonli modellashtirish
asosida tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar BIM va hayotiy sikl mezonlari asosida integratsiyalashgan boshqaruv
modelini shakllantirishga xizmat qildi. Tadqiqot fasad tizimlarini riskka asoslangan monitoring va rejalashtirilgan xizmat
ko‘rsatish orqali barqaror ekspluatatsiya qilish imkonini asoslaydi.
