Maqolada korporativ boshqaruv tizimida ESG (Environmental-Social-Governance) tamoyillari hamda ularning
tashkilot samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. ESG standartlarini joriy etish orqali kompaniyalarning barqaror rivojlanishi,
ijtimoiy mas’uliyati va ekologik barqarorligini mustahkamlash, shuningdek korporativ qiymatni oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi
omillar yoritilgan. Bundan tashqari, ESG tamoyillarining iqtisodiy samaradorlikka, investitsion jozibadorlikka va korporativ
nufuzga ta’sirini baholashga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
