Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekistonning 12 yillik umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tizimiga qaytish islohoti tahlil qilinadi. Rasmiy
statistik ma’lumotlar, so‘rov natijalari (n = 120), ekspert intervyulari (n = 15) va kontent-tahlil asosida tizimning amaliy
tayyorgarligi, infratuzilma salohiyati va pedagogik omillar baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalari infratuzilmani kengaytirish,
o‘qituvchilarni qayta tayyorlash va raqamli ta’limni kuchaytirish kabi yo‘nalishlarning ustuvorligini asoslaydi
