EKISHDA CHIGITNI BIR XIL TARQATISH VA OPTIMALLASHTIRISH USULLARI

Maqolada paxtachilikda chigit ekish jarayonini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan.
Mavjud mulchalovchi agregatlar tahlili ularning aksariyati ekish jarayoni bilan integratsiya qilinmaganligini ko‘rsatdi.
2021-2025-yillarda olib borilgan tadqiqotlar davomida seyalka ishlash parametrlari, urug‘ ajratish aniqligi, agregat tezligi
hamda tuproqning mulchalanganlik darajasining ekish sifatiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, urug‘ ajratish
mexanizmlarini optimallashtirish orqali ikkilamchi to‘kilish 17-22 % ga kamaydi, vakuumli sepkichlarda urug‘ ajratish
aniqligi 96 % gacha oshdi. Tuproq mulchalanganlik darajasi 52-56 % bo‘lganda avtomatlashtirilgan chuqurlik nazorati
ekish chuqurligining barqarorligini ta’minladi. Bundan tashqari, optimal ish rejimlarida urug‘ sarfi 9-10 % ga, ekish vaqti
esa 10-15 % ga qisqardi hamda ko‘chatlarning bir tekis unib chiqishi 12 % ga yaxshilandi. Tadqiqot natijalari chigit ekish
jarayonida mulchalash va seyalka parametrlarini avtomatlashtirish yuqori samaradorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
