##article.abstract##

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiyaning korxona barqarorligiga ta’siri tizimli tarzda
tahlil qilingan. 2008-yilgi global moliyaviy inqiroz va 2020-yildagi COVID-19 pandemiyasi fonida
korxonalar uchun tashqi va ichki muhitdagi noaniqliklarga moslashish zarurati kuchaygan. Maqolada
raqamli transformatsiya orqali korxonalarda qanday strukturaviy va resurs vakolatlari shakllanayotgani,
va bu omillar agentlik xarajatlari, axborot shaffofligi hamda moliyalashtirishdagi cheklovlarni qanday
kamaytirishi yoritilgan. Ko‘p indikatorli korxona barqarorligi modeli ishlab chiqilib, mikrodarajadagi
o‘lchovlar asosida baholash taklif etilgan. Tadqiqotda, shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalarning innovatsion
salohiyatni oshirish, tashqi zarbalarga bardosh berish va raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashdagi roli tahlil
qilinadi. Yakuniy xulosada esa, raqamli transformatsiyaning samaradorligini baholashda multidimensial
yondashuvlarning afzalliklari asoslab beriladi.
