##article.abstract##

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming warehouse management by improving efficiency, inventory control,
and decision-making. This study evaluates the economic efficiency of AI implementation in warehouse operations through
a qualitative and comparative analysis of academic literature, industry reports, and international case studies, with Amazon’s
fulfillment network serving as a benchmark. The findings show that AI technologies such as robotics, predictive
analytics, and computer vision significantly increase productivity, improve inventory accuracy, reduce operational errors,
and lower logistics costs. Although AI adoption requires substantial initial investment, the long-term benefits outweigh the
costs. The study also examines challenges to AI implementation in Uzbekistan and proposes a phased adoption strategy
focused on digitalization, workforce development, and smart warehouse technologies. The results indicate that AI-driven
warehouse modernization can enhance logistics performance, supply chain resilience, and digital transformation
