This article systematically analyzes the experience of foreign countries in industrial development,
revealing their institutional, structural, and economic mechanisms. On this basis, conceptual approaches to
the effective application of this experience in the conditions of Uzbekistan are substantiated, and an author’s
approach aimed at improving national industrial policy is proposed.
