Ushbu maqolada iqlim oʻzgarishlarining hudud barqaror rivojlanishiga taʼsirini reyting asosida baholashning
nazariy va uslubiy asoslari koʻrib chiqildi. Tadqiqotda yetakchi xalqaro indekslarning tuzilishi qiyoslandi va ularning
umumiy konseptual oʻzagi sifatida taʼsirlanish, sezgirlik hamda moslashuv salohiyati birikmasi aniqlandi. Kompozit indikatorni
shakllantirishning normallashtirish, vaznlash va agregatlash bosqichlari izchil tartibda yoritildi. Hudud darajasidagi
zaiflik va tayyorgarlik koʻrsatkichlarini birlashtiruvchi yigʻma model taklif etildi. Oʻzbekiston misolida tasdiqlangan ochiq
manbalar asosida reyting yondashuvining amaliy imkoniyatlari asoslandi. Olingan natijalar mintaqaviy moslashuv ustuvorliklarini
belgilashda va investitsiya qarorlarini qoʻllab-quvvatlashda reyting vositasi samarali ekanligini koʻrsatdi. Xulosalar
barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlari bilan uygʻunlikni mustahkamladi
