Ushbu maqolada ekspluatatsiya sharoitida barqaror ishlash xususiyatiga ega bo‘lgan ED-20
epoksid-dian smolasi va fenolformaldegid smolasining 1:1 massaviy nisbatdagi aralashmasi asosida KMN-
100 markali fenalkaminli qotirgich bilan qotiriladigan gibrid reaktoplast bog‘lovchi asosida yeyilishbardosh
kompozitlar yaratish masalasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida tarkibida yong‘oq po‘chog‘i piroliz qoldig‘i
va alyuminiy fosfatining 9:1 massaviy nisbatdagi aralashmasi, bazalt ishlab chiqarishining changsimon chiqindilari
hamda ko‘mirni boyitishning changsimon chiqindilari komponentlari mavjud bo‘lgan uchta turli tarkibdagi
kompozit namunalar olingan. Har bir tarkibning fazaviy va struktura tahlili rentgen difraksion (XRD) usuli
yordamida o‘tkazilgan bo‘lib, amorflik darajasi, kristallanish ko‘rsatkichlari, hosil bo‘lgan kristall va organik fazalar
aniqlangan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, ikkinchi tarkib eng yuqori amorflik darajasi va Lithium Potassium Silicate
(KLiSiO₄) fazasining mavjudligi hisobiga eng past chiziqli yeyilish (11,2 mkm) va ishqalanish koeffitsiyenti (0,20)
ko‘rsatkichlarini namoyon etgani aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar asosida ekspluatatsion barqarorlikni ta’minlash
uchun material tarkibini ilmiy asoslangan tanlash mezonlari ishlab chiqilgan
