Zamonaviy global iqtisodiyot sharoitida inson kapitalini samarali boshqarish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari darajasida talent-menejmentning shakllanishi va rivojlanish tarixi ilmiy jihatdan
tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda talent-menejmentning asosiy bosqichlari, uning evolyutsion rivojlanish xususiyatlari hamda
zamonaviy tendensiyalari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, iqtidorlarni aniqlash, rivojlantirish va rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarining
samaradorligi baholangan. Olingan natijalar asosida oliy ta’lim tizimida talent-menejmentni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha
ilmiy asoslangan xulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
