Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish tarmoqlarida raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida monopoliyaga qarshi
nazoratning xorijiy tajribasi ilmiy-nazariy va institutsional jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli platformalar, Big
Data va algoritmik boshqaruv tizimlari ta’sirida raqobatning yangi shakllari vujudga kelishi hamda ushbu jarayonlarning
monopol xavflarni kuchaytirishi asoslab beriladi. Xorijiy mamlakatlarda joriy etilgan ex-ante va ex-post antimonopol
nazorat mexanizmlarining uyg‘unlashuvi raqamli xizmatlar bozorida sog‘lom raqobat muhitini ta’minlash, iste’molchilar
manfaatlarini himoya qilish va kichik biznes subyektlarining bozorga kirish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishdagi roli yoritiladi
