Ushbu maqola qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalari (QTEM) sohasidagi global rivojlanish
tendensiyalarini va ularning O‘zbekiston uchun amaliy ahamiyatini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda quyosh, shamol,
gidro va biogaz energiyasi kabi manbalarni joriy etish bo‘yicha yetakchi davlatlar tajribasi o‘rganilib, ushbu
modellarning O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos keluvchi jihatlari ajratib ko‘rsatiladi. Metodologik yondashuv sifatida
statistik tahlil, hujjatli tahlil va taqqoslama usullar qo‘llanilgan. Natijalar O‘zbekistonning tabiiy salohiyati
yuqoriligiga, ammo texnologik infratuzilma va investitsiya yetishmasligiga e’tibor qaratadi. Shuningdek, kadrlar
tayyorlash va ilmiy-texnik hamkorlik muammoli jihat sifatida ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Mualliflar qayta tiklanuvchi
energiyani rivojlantirishda davlat siyosatining barqaror va uzoq muddatli bo‘lishi lozimligini ta’kidlaydi. Jahon
amaliyotini lokalizatsiya qilish orqali O‘zbekistonda ushbu sohaga oid yondashuvlar samaradorligini oshirish
bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
