Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqaruvchi tadbirkorlik subyektlarining strategik raqobatbardoshligini
oshirishda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda
oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarish korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar — mahsulot sifati va
xavfsizligi, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi, innovatsiya va mahsulot diversifikatsiyasi, marketing va brend, ta’minot zanjiri
hamda moliyaviy-menejment salohiyati tizimlashtirilgan. Shuningdek, IoT, ERP, Big Data, sun’iy intellekt, blockchain, elektron
tijorat va avtomatlashtirilgan ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalarining ushbu omillar bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi asoslangan.
Jahon banki, OECD, FAO hamda ISO materiallari tahlili raqamlashtirish oziq-ovqat qiymat zanjirida xarajatlarni kamaytirish,
axborot almashinuvini yaxshilash, mahsulot izchilligini ta’minlash, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini kuchaytirish va bozor
imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijasida oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqaruvchi korxonalar
raqobatbardoshligini oshirishning “sifat – samaradorlik – bozor moslashuvchanligi – ta’minot zanjiri – raqamli marketing”
integratsiyalashgan modeli taklif etilgan.
