Аннотация

Kvarsli-pirit konsentratidan oltinni ekologik xavfsiz JINCHAN reagenti yordamida ishqoriy muhitda tanlab eritish
va keyinchalik sementatsiya usulida ajratib olish jarayoni tadqiq etilgan. Laboratoriya tajribalari JINCHAN reagenti, NaOH
va H₂O₂ ishtirokida amalga oshirilgan. Oltinni eritmadan ajratib olishda rux kukuni yordamida sementatsiya qilish, keyinchalik
kimyoviy tozalash va qayta cho‘ktirish usullari qo‘llanilgan. Tarkibida 400 g/t Au bo‘lgan 1 kg konsentratdagi oltinning
nazariy miqdori 0,40 g ni tashkil etib, tajriba natijasida 0,21 g oltin ajratib olingan. Oltinni ajratib olish darajasi 52,5 % ni
tashkil etgan. Olingan natijalar JINCHAN reagentidan kvarsli-pirit konsentratlaridan oltinni sianidsiz usulda ajratib olishda
foydalanish istiqbolli ekanligini ko‘rsatadi
