Аннотация

This study examines the concept of the Digital Gastronome by exploring the relationships among tourists,
restaurants, and technology companies within the digital culinary ecosystem. The research analyzes the role of digital
technologies, including artificial intelligence, online review platforms, social media, mobile applications, blockchain, and
the Internet of Things, in transforming culinary tourism experiences. A qualitative research approach based on secondary
data and thematic analysis was employed to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges. The findings indicate that
digital technologies enhance customer engagement, improve restaurant competitiveness, facilitate personalized dining
experiences, and strengthen destination marketing. However, issues related to data privacy, cybersecurity, digital inequality,
and the preservation of culinary authenticity remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the sustainable
development of digital gastronomy requires balancing technological innovation with cultural heritage preservation and
responsible digital governance.
