Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi tijorat banklarining 2020–2024-yillar va 2025-yil prognozi
davridagi moliyaviy samaradorligining amaldagi holati kompleks ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda bank tizimining asosiy
ko‘rsatkichlari — aktivlar va kapital rentabelligi (ROA, ROE), sof foiz marjasi (NIM), xarajat-daromad nisbati (CIR), kapital
yetarligi koeffitsienti (CAR), likvidlik qoplama koeffitsienti (LCR), barqaror moliyalashtirish koeffitsienti (NSFR) va muammoli
kreditlar ulushi (NPL) bo‘yicha empirik tahlil amalga oshirilgan. Bank tizimi aktivlari 2024-yilda 769,3 trln so‘mga yetganligi
(18% o‘sish), biroq ROA 2,6% dan 1,4% gacha, ROE esa 14,2% dan 6,6% gacha keskin pasayganligi aniqlandi. Shuningdek,
davlat ulushi mavjud banklar va xususiy banklarning qiyosiy tahlili, makroprudensial siyosatning rentabellikka ta’siri hamda
raqamli transformatsiyaning operatsion xarajatlarga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari xususiy banklarning (ROE 18,4%)
davlat banklaridan (ROE 4,5%) sezilarli ustunligini va xususiylashtirish jarayonini tezlashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi.
