Ushbu maqolada bino va inshootlarni barpo etish jarayonida prefabrikatsiyalashgan hamda modulli qurilish
tizimlarini aqlli boshqaruv vositalari bilan uyg‘unlashtirishning ilmiy-amaliy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi
shundaki, an’anaviy qurilish jarayonlarida mehnat unumdorligining notekisligi, materiallar isrofi, vaqt yo‘qotishlari, maydon
logistikasining zaif boshqarilishi hamda sifat nazoratining ko‘p hollarda reaktiv xarakterda bo‘lishi loyihalarning iqtisodiy
va texnik natijalarini cheklab kelmoqda.
Maqolada modulli va prefabrikatsiyalashgan elementlarni ishlab chiqarish, tashish, montaj qilish va foydalanishga
topshirish sikllarini yagona raqamli boshqaruv muhiti asosida muvofiqlashtirishning konseptual modeli ishlab chiqilgan.
BIM, sensor monitoring, ishlab chiqarish-jadval integratsiyasi, raqamli egizak, prediktiv nazorat hamda sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini
real vaqt rejimida kuzatish vositalarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib berilgan.
Tadqiqot natijasida modulli qurilishda vaqtni qisqartirish, chiqindilarni kamaytirish, xavfsizlikni oshirish, sifatning
takrorlanuvchi barqarorligini ta’minlash va energiya samaradorligi ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilash imkonini beruvchi boshqaruv
tamoyillari tavsiya etildi. Olingan xulosalar oliy ta’limda “Bino va inshootlarni barpo etish” hamda “Aqlli qurilish” fanlarini
integratsiyalashgan tarzda o‘qitishda, shuningdek, amaliy loyiha boshqaruvida foydalanishga yaroqlidir.
