Ushbu maqolada agrar sohada moliyalashtirish tizimini shakllantirishda xususiy investitsiyalar va
bank kreditlari o‘rtasidagi strukturaviy o‘zaro bog‘liqlik nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Maqolada iqtisodiy o‘sish
nazariyalari, kapital bozori samaradorligi konsepsiyasi hamda rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar tajribasi tahlil etilgan. Agrar
moliyalashtirish tizimining institutsional tuzilmasi, kreditning ishlab chiqarish omillariga ta’siri hamda xususiy investitsion
faollikni rag‘batlantirishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Asosiy tushunchalar sifatida moliyaviy vositachilik,
kredit ratsionirovkasi va investitsion muhit tahlili tanlangan. Tadqiqotda qishloq xo‘jaligini moliyalashtirishning strategik
ahamiyati ochib berilgan hamda agrar sektorga yo‘naltirilgan investitsion-kredit siyosatini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha
amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
