Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada mehmonxona xo‘jaligida innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etishning strategik ahamiyati
hamda ularning korxona raqobatbardoshligiga ta’siri tahlil etilgan. Zamonaviy turizm bozorida xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati
va texnologik rivojlanish darajasi mehmonxona korxonalarining samarali faoliyat yuritishida muhim omillardan biri
hisoblanadi.
Tadqiqot jarayonida mehmonxona biznesida raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari, sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalari, avtomatlashtirilgan
xizmat ko‘rsatish tizimlari hamda ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv yondashuvlarining samaradorligi o‘rganildi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, innovatsiyalarni strategik darajada joriy etish xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish,
operatsion xarajatlarni optimallashtirish hamda mijozlar sodiqligini mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek,
mehmonxona korxonalarida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari ularning turizm bozoridagi raqobatbardoshligini yanada
oshirishda muhim omil sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi.
