Ushbu maqolada maishiy xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida xizmatlar sifatini nazorat qilish tizimini takomillashtirish
hamda uni raqamli texnologiyalar asosida rivojlantirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tahlil jarayonida xizmat ko‘rsatish
sohasining iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni, uning rivojlanish tendensiyalari hamda sifat nazorati tizimining mavjud muammolari
o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, xizmatlar sifatini monitoring qilish, iste’molchilar fikrini yig‘ish va xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlarini
samarali boshqarishda raqamli platformalar hamda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan foydalanishni O‘zbekiston
misolida imkoniyatlari o‘rganildi.
