Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasidagi aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlari
shaffofligini ta’minlash hamda ularning aksiyalarining ikkilamchi bozordagi narxlar o‘zgarishini ochiq va ishonchli axborot
sifatida taqdim etish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda fond bozorida aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari aksiyalari narxlarining o‘zgarish
dinamikasi va unga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilinib, Bernulli tasodifiy harakat modeli hamda Legandr ko‘phadlari asosida
qisqa muddatli prognozlar ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, texnik va fundamental tahlil usullari orqali aksiyalarni sotib olish
va sotish bo‘yicha xulosalar shakllantirilgan
