Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt va avtomatlashtirilgan tizimlarning personalni boshqarish jarayonlaridagi o‘rni
hamda samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining xodimlarni tanlash, kompetensiyalarni
baholash, motivatsiya va ish faoliyatini monitoring qilish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish imkoniyatlari, shuningdek, ushbu
tizimlarni joriy etishning tashkilot samaradorligi, boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilish tezligi va xodimlar bilan ishlash sifatiга
ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Xalqaro amaliyot va yetakchi konsalting kompaniyalari hamda ilg‘or korporatsiyalar tajribasini tahlil qilish
asosida mazkur texnologiyalarning ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston korxonalarida
