Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada HR marketing strategiyalarining korxona samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy
mehnat bozori sharoitida korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligi tobora ko‘proq inson kapitalining sifatiga bog‘liq bo‘lib,
xodimlarni jalb qilish, ularni saqlab qolish va motivatsiyasini oshirish jarayonlarida korxona brendi hamda HR-marketingning
o‘rni keskin kuchayib bormoqda. Tadqiqotda xalqaro manbalar ma’lumotlariga tayanib, HR-marketing ko‘rsatkichlarining –
cost-per-hire, retention rate, employee engagement, employer brand value kabi indikatorlarning korxona samaradorligiga
bevosita bog‘liqligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, HR-marketingning tashqi va ichki yo‘nalishlari uyg‘unlashgan holda
korxonaning strategik ustunliklarini shakllantirishi, xodimlar sadoqati va mehnat unumdorligini oshirishi ilmiy tahlil
qilingan. Shuningdek, HR-marketingning korxonalar uchun nafaqat kommunikatsion vosita, balki strategik boshqaruv
mexanizmi sifatidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan hamda HR-marketing strategiyalarining korxona samaradorligini oshirishdagi
ahamiyati bo‘yicha xulosa va takliflar keltirib o‘tilgan.
