Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda bazalt asosidagi materiallar, jumladan bazalt tolasi, bazalt kukuni va bazalt shlaki ustida
ilmiy izlanishlar faollashgan. O‘rganishlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, bazalt yuqori mexanik mustahkamlikka ega, kimyoviy jihatdan
barqaror bo‘lib, tarkibida faol silikatlar mavjud. Maydalangan bazalt materiallari mikroto‘ldiruvchi hamda puzolan
qo‘shimcha sifatida sement tizimida samarali ishlashi mumkinligi aniqlangan. Bazalt tolasi ishlab chiqarish jarayonida
katta miqdorda chiqindilar hosil bo‘ladi. Ushbu chiqindilarni qayta ishlash va qurilish materiallariga jalb etish masalasi
yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan. Bazalt tolasi betonni mustahkamlashi, bazalt kukuni esa zichlikni oshirishi isbotlangan bo‘lsa-da,
aynan bazalt chiqindisi asosida kam suv talabchan sement yaratish masalasi yetarli darajada kompleks o‘rganilmagan va
yanada chuqurroq tadqiq etishni talab qiladi.
