Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida sifat boshqaruvi tizimlarining ishlab chiqarish jarayoniga
ta’siri iqtisodiy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro standartlar asosida joriy etilgan sifat boshqaruvi
tizimlarining mahsulot sifati, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi hamda korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligiga ta’siri o‘rganildi.
Shuningdek, oziq-ovqat sanoatida sifat boshqaruvi tizimlarini joriy etish natijasida O‘zbekiston sanoat ishlab chiqarish
hajmining o‘sishi statistik ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilindi
