В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты использования цифровых платформ
в системе управления умными городами. Основной целью исследования является разработка эффективной
модели управления городской инфраструктурой на основе применения технологий искусственного интеллекта и
нейронных сетей. Анализируются социальные, экономические и психологические факторы цифровизации, а также
обосновывается концепция управления, ориентированная на человека. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют
о том, что успешное развитие умного города определяется не самими технологиями, а степенью их влияния на
повышение качества жизни населения
