Mazkur ishda paxtani pnevmotransport orqali tashish jarayonida uni havo oqimidan samarali ajratib olishga
mo‘ljallangan separator konstruksiyasi ishlab chiqilgan. Separatorning ishchi qismida qiyalikda joylashgan, teshiklar bilan
takomillashtirilgan to‘rli yuza qo‘llanilgan bo‘lib, uning og‘ish burchagi 55 gradusni tashkil etadi. Taklif etilgan konstruktiv
yechim paxta tarkibidagi erkin tolalar miqdorini kamaytirishga hamda ajratish jarayonining samaradorligini oshirishga
xizmat qiladi
