Abstract

Ushbu maqolada paxta chigitidan yog‘ ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llaniladigan texnologik bosqichlardan biri —
yog‘li mag‘izni qovurish jarayonining ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Qovurish harorati, davomiyligi va mag‘izning namlik darajasining
yog‘ ajralishiga hamda yog‘ sifatiga ta’siri eksperimental asosda o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, optimal
texnologik sharoitlar aniqlanib, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
