Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the importance of social partnership in the regulation of employment in Uzbekistan. In the economic development of Uzbekistan, the issues of employment and unemployment reduction have become one of the main directions of state policy. Social partnerships, through the joint action of the state, employers, employees and civil society, play an important role in increasing efficiency in the regulation of employment. The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of social partnership in the regulation of employment, its achievements and existing problems. Analytical, comparative, and statistical methods are used as research methods. The article shows the need to develop social partnerships to improve the effectiveness of employment policies.
