Abstract

The findings indicate that universities with higher levels of artificial intelligence and Big Data
integration demonstrate stronger management performance, faster decision-making processes, improved
resource utilization, and greater institutional adaptability. The study also highlights challenges related to
digital infrastructure, staff competencies, data quality, and cybersecurity. Based on the findings, practical
recommendations are proposed to support the wider implementation of AI-driven governance mechanisms in
higher education institutions across Uzbekistan.
