Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarini rivojlantirishda innovatsiyalarning ahamiyati va ularning
iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida raqamli texnologiyalar, CRM tizimlari, sun’iy intellekt va
avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlarining xizmat sifatini oshirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, xizmat ko‘rsatish
korxonalarida innovatsion rivojlanishni takomillashtirish hamda xorijiy tajribalarni O‘zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirish
bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
