Mazkur maqolada elektron tijorat platformalaridagi risklar text-mining va integral baholash usullari asosida
to‘rtta yo‘nalishda — mahsulot sifati, UX/interfeys, servis xizmatlari hamda logistika va moliyaviy jarayonlar kesimida
tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari servis xizmatlari (27,0%) va mahsulot sifati (24,7%) bilan bog‘liq risklarning
ustunligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, elektron savdo tizimida mijozlar qoniqishini oshirish va risklarni samarali boshqarish
mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish zarurligi asoslab berilgan
