Abstract

Ushbu maqolada avtomobil sanoatida butlovchi qismlarni mahalliylashtirish jarayonlarini tashkil etishning
tashkiliy-texnologik asoslari hamda ishlab chiqarish bosqichlarida yuzaga keladigan asosiy risklar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda
mahalliylashtirish jarayonining “Sorsing”, rejalashtirish, mahsulotni loyihalash, ishlab chiqarish jarayonini loyihalash,
validatsiya va ommaviy ishlab chiqarish bosqichlari ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP va BIQS
kabi xalqaro sifat menejmenti tizimlarining mahsulot sifati va ishlab chiqarish barqarorligini taʼminlashdagi ahamiyati ochib
berilgan. Xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi asosida avtomobil sanoatida mahalliylashtirish jarayonlarini samarali tashkil etishning
zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari avtomobil sanoatida mahalliy ishlab chiqaruvchilar salohiyatini
oshirish, ishlab chiqarish xavflarini kamaytirish va sanoat kooperatsiyasini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi
