Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida franchayzing tizimini rivojlantirishda platforma modellarining
o‘rni, turlari va samaradorligini baholash masalalari tadqiq qilingan. Tadqiqot 2021–2024-yillarda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida
faoliyat yurituvchi 85 ta franchayzing tarmog‘ini qamrab olgan. Platforma yetukligi indeksi (PYI) ishlab chiqilib,
uning franchayzing tarmog‘ining kengayish sur’ati, royalti daromadi va franchayzi olib keluvchilar rentabelligiga ta’siri
ekonometrik usullar bilan baholangan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, PYI yuqori bo‘lgan franchayzing tarmoqlari an’anaviy modelga
qaraganda 2,3 barobar tez kengayadi, franchayzi olib keluvchilar rentabelligi esa 34,7 foizga yuqori bo‘ladi. Maqolada to‘rt
turdagi platforma modellari (markazlashgan, taqsimlangan, gibrid, ekotizim) taqqoslab o‘rganilib, DEA (Data Envelopment
Analysis) usuli orqali ularning samaradorligi baholangan. Amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
