Статья посвящена анализу структурных особенностей подотраслей пищевой промышленности
Узбекистана и факторов, влияющих на их развитие. В исследовании рассматриваются основные сегменты
переработки сельскохозяйственного сырья и их экономическая динамика на основе статистических данных за
2014–2025 гг. В работе используются методы описательной статистики и эконометрического анализа для оценки
взаимосвязи между динамикой добавленной стоимости подотраслей и основными экономическими показателями
отрасли. Полученные результаты позволяют оценить структуру развития подотраслей пищевой промышленности
и выявить экономические параметры, характеризующие их производственную динамику
