Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into project management represents a significant paradigm shift in how
organizations plan, execute, and deliver projects. This article examines the multifaceted applications of AI technologies in
modern project management and analyzes their impact on efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and resource
allocation. Through a comprehensive analysis of AI-driven tools, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics,
the study demonstrates how AI is transforming traditional project management methodologies. Empirical evidence
indicates that AI contributes to reducing project failure rates, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing stakeholder
communication. In addition, the paper discusses key challenges and ethical considerations related to the adoption of AI
in project management contexts.
