Abstract

Mazkur maqolada marketing tadqiqotlari usullarini kengaytirish, bozor munosabatlarida keng qo‘llaniladigan
ekspert so‘rovlari, fokus guruhlar, panel tadqiqotlar va boshqa usullardan foydalanish, axborotni to‘plash va saralash
tizimini joriy etish, ya’ni marketing axborotlari monitoringini yurita oladigan tuzilmani shakllantirish hamda iste’molchilarni
o‘rganishda elektron axborot texnologiyalaridan keng foydalanish masalalari yoritilgan.
