Maqolada temir yo‘l transporti korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish salohiyatining shakllanishi va rivojlanishiga
ta’sir etuvchi iqtisodiy va boshqaruv omillarning tizimli tahlili keltirildi. Tadqiqotda infratuzilma holati, boshqaruv tizimi
samaradorligi, mehnat resurslari malakasi, innovatsion texnologiyalar joriy etilishi va investitsiya faolligi asosiy omillar
sifatida o‘rganildi. Empirik tahlillar O‘zbekiston temir yo‘l transporti tizimi misolida olib borilib, ishlab chiqarish salohiyatini
oshirish uchun infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish, boshqaruv tizimini raqamlashtirish, kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirish
va investitsiya siyosatini kuchaytirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi
