Abstract

Ushbu maqola oliy ta’lim muassasalarida xodimlarning mehnat samaradorligini oshirishda rahbarlarning
roli va yondashuvlarini o‘rganadi. Oliy ta’lim tizimida professor-o‘qituvchilar va boshqa xodimlarning samarali faoliyati
talabalar tayyorgarlik darajasi va ta’lim sifati ko‘rsatkichlariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada rahbarlikning turli uslublari,
xodimlar motivatsiyasini shakllantirish vositalari va mehnat samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi asosiy omillar
chuqur tahlil qilinadi.
