Governments are altering how they operate to enhance the provision of public services,
be more successful and efficient in their plans, and accomplish goals such as greater transparency,
interoperability, and citizen pleasure. This shift is largely driven by digital transformation in the
public sector, which involves integrating modern technologies into government operations and
services. By adopting digital platforms, automating administrative tasks, and utilizing data-driven
decision-making, public institutions can deliver faster, more accessible, and user-friendly services
to citizens.
