Abstract

The article analyzes the institutional, organizational, economic and territorial features of the tourism cluster management system in Uzbekistan. Based on the regulatory and legal framework in the tourism sector, the dynamics of tourist flows and international experience, the current opportunities for coordinating cluster activities and areas for improvement are presented. The author proposes a special conceptual model of tourism cluster management and a mechanism for coordinating public-private-public partnerships within the cluster at strategic, sectoral and territorial levels. The possibilities of this mechanism for combining vertical and horizontal relations, clarifying institutional responsibilities, expanding the participation of local communities and measuring cluster effectiveness are scientifically explained.
